Leadership coaching
Senior leadership demands more than technical expertise or experience. It requires the ability to navigate complexity, lead through uncertainty, influence at all levels, and make decisions that shape organisations, cultures, and outcomes. Most of all, it requires strong self awareness and self mastery.
At the most senior levels of leadership, success is rarely determined by expertise alone. The ability to understand one’s strengths, limitations, motivations, and impact on others provides the foundation for sound judgement, authentic influence, and effective decision-making.
Self-mastery enables leaders to remain composed amidst ambiguity, complexity, and pressure. It creates the space between event and response, allowing leaders to act with intention rather than instinct. In environments where every interaction influences culture, performance, and organisational outcomes, the ability to lead oneself becomes a critical leadership advantage.

Why your coaching programme?
I believe coaching is wonderful for empowering individuals with the space to develop these. We often don’t get much time to focus on these within the working day and executive coaching provides the time and space to delve into those areas that are holding us back.
I partner with leaders to enhance their effectiveness, strengthen their executive presence, navigate organisational complexity, and lead transformational change with confidence and authenticity. Through confidential, thought-provoking conversations, I help clients develop the insight, clarity, and influence required to achieve sustained success in demanding leadership roles.
My coaching is tailored, challenging, relational, and deeply reflective. It is designed for leaders who are committed to high performance and meaningful impact, and who are prepared to do the ‘leader work’.
I typically work with individuals across a series of 90 min sessions, usually 8 – 10 sessions.
I work either online or in person, depending on availability. Sometimes these clients are being funded by their workplaces and we work on prescribed areas, determined by their employers.
Other times, I work as a private executive coach for those who are looking for a more independent approach to self improvement.
