Making an Investment in Yourself

Coaching is an investment in yourself. Just as we might have a personal trainer for our strength, fitness and health, we have an Executive Coach to help you to become the best version of yourself that you can be in the workplace.

As an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner Executive Coach, I work with senior executives, emerging C-suite leaders, and accomplished professionals operating in high-performance environments. With nearly 20 years of experience in the Finance industry, much of it spent in the City of London and Canary Wharf, alongside founding and exiting my own business, I bring a deep understanding of the realities, pressures, and expectations that accompany leadership at the highest levels.

My academic background includes a Masters in Leadership at the University of Bristol, a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership from the University of Cambridge, Educational Leadership at UCL and ongoing doctoral research in Leadership. This combination of commercial experience and academic rigour enables me to provide coaching that is both strategically grounded and psychologically informed.

Testimonials

I gained so much insight from this. I became more confident, calmer under pressure, and far less driven by anxiety. I had had executive coaching before, but nothing like this. And my employer wasn't connected so I could relax

Managing Director, JP Morgan

"I was successful on paper but constantly feeling overwhelmed internally. Coaching helped me understand the patterns driving my stress and finally create balance without losing momentum."
